When doing daily vlogs i find myself having that problem. To fix it i always just start filming. And eventually i'll somehow find a flow for the videos.
It doesn't always need to be perfect. As long as i put in the work/effort, it's already a win for me.
I'm pretty satisfied with how the video turn out. Despite not knowing what to film when i woke up this morning ?.
